CANSIM tables (the Canadian Socioeconomic Information Management System) lets users track trends in virtually every aspect of Canadian life. However, the information is not free. The cost depends upon how many series of data were extracted from the table. Tables contain data described by dimensions, such as time period, geography, commodity, and other specific characteristics. By limiting a search to particular dimensions, a user can reduce the cost of information.  The tables contain information directly related to Coffee and Tea manufacturing industry (31192) that covers following topics:
                Principal statistics for the industry

                Provincial gross domestic product (GDP)
                Provincial gross output

Additional Canadian food-related statistics:

Census Tables present data on people of Canada and their demographic characteristics. The most recent data available is for 2006; however, 2011 is a census year and new census information will be available very soon. The 2006 Census data shows the age group structure of the Canadian population and are used to calculate indicators of aging for each province and territory.
