The cost depends upon how many series of data were extracted from the table. Tables contain data described by dimensions, such as time period, geography, commodity, and other specific characteristics. By limiting a search to particular dimensions, a user can reduce the cost of information. The tables contain information directly related to Coffee and Tea manufacturing industry (31192) that covers following topics:
• Principal statistics for the industry
• Manufacturers' sales, inventories, orders and inventory to sales ratios
• Manufacturing sales
• Industry price indexes
• Provincial gross domestic product (GDP)
• Provincial gross output
Additional Canadian food-related statistics:
• Supply and disposition of food in Canada
• Food available in Canada
• Nutrients in the food supply
• Wholesale trade
• Merchandise imports and exports
(Historical statistics are available in terminated tables)

Census Tables present data on people of Canada and their demographic characteristics. The most recent data available is for 2006; however, 2011 is a census year and new census information will be available very soon. Since the coffee and tea industry targets an adult population, the most valuable data for industry players is contained in the tables in the topic “Age and sex”. These tables provide age and sex distributions for the entire population of Canada. The 2006 Census data shows the age group structure of the Canadian population and are used to calculate indicators of aging for each province and territory.
